We are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The weekend morning program is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the weekend afternoon program is 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. All the parents in our center can attend either morning or afternoon class each week, depending on their schedule.
We take care children between the ages of 10 months and 36 months old.
Our ratio is 4:1
All the staff have ECE-IT-SN, ECE, and ECEA certification. All of our staff have CPR trained and will renew every two years.
We did background checks for every staff working in our center.
We are a licensed group daycare for children under 3 years old. It is the same childcare type as CEFA baby, and YMCA, but we are in a residential building instead of a commercial building.
We don't provide food. As for infants and toddlers, some foods are still not introduced by the families. For safety, we ask parents to provide food. Our staff will put the remaining food back to your containers, you will know about how much your child ate during the day and their preference.
When both your child and you are ready to do potty training, please discuss this with our staff. We are happy to assist you in doing a potty training.
The late pick-up fee is $1 every minute. Pay to the staff directly. We will terminate your childcare service if late pick-up happens more than three times a month.
Please drop off your child before 10 am. If you need a late drop-off, please discuss this with our staff at least one day before.
You will receive your daily report at 5 pm. It contains your child's mood, nap time, and time of bowel movements.
We will send you the children's photos weekly.
We use a childcare provider-parents communication system called "Lillio". Parents and staff will send messages through Lillio, and all of our staff and managers can see the messages to make sure our communication is going well.
You will set up an auto-payment through your bank account. The tuition fee will be deducted from your account directly.
Once your childcare center has issued tax receipts, you can easily view them in the Lillio-Parent app.

We spray sanitized the toys, washroom, surface, and floor every day.
We wash sanitized toys and sleeping mats/cribs every week.
Yes, we are a nut-free facility.
