The good news is you can secure a spot in our center if you are flexible with our locations and starting time. Following the steps:

Step 1. Visiting us online or in person 

Step 2. Sign the childcare agreement

Step 3. Pay the registration fee of $100 and deposit $950 (The deposit is not refundable but will be used as last month's tuition fee)

Once I pay the deposit to secure a spot, can the daycare guarantee a space for my child?

Yes, our center will guarantee a spot for your child if you are flexible with our location and starting time and pay the registration fee and deposit. Wait times are difficult to estimate, but our goal is to offer all families who apply to be on our list a spot at some point. Our waitlist would not be open if there were no chances for your child to join our center, but we cannot guarantee your specific starting time.

You can only remain on the wait list in the same position you were before if you were offered something different than what you requested in your waitlist application. E.g., full-day change to half-day

If you are unavailable by phone due to travel, please notify us by e-mail before traveling. Calls returned after you are back in town will not be considered unless prior arrangements have been made.

We aim to offer spaces roughly one month before they become available. However, this is not always possible, depending on how much notice we have received or the number of families no longer in need of the space offered.

Although there are no guarantees, if your childcare preferences are flexible, you are more likely to have a space offered to your child sooner.

The manager will call all the numbers you provided in your initial application form twice and leave messages. No further attempts will be made if your phones do not have voice mail. The parents are responsible for ensuring they can be reached by providing alternate phone numbers and having voice mail service. If you prefer to be notified via e-mail, please note that on your application form. Thank you.

You will not be able to visit unless there is a space or potential space shortly for your child, as we keep the number of visitors to a minimum to avoid disruptions to our daily routine. It will be an individual visit with you and your family, and we will introduce you to our staff and answer any questions you may have. Please read the website before coming for your visit. Please refrain from dropping in, as we are often busy caring for the children in our program, and visitors cannot enter the daycare without an appointment. We appreciate your understanding.

You can e-mail the center for waitlist updates, but please contact us when your child is ten months old. We cannot give you an accurate update if you call the center when a child is too young to join us. Updates are only a rough estimate; we are only able to confirm spaces when current families provide their notice of withdrawal.
